Coterie Vaults was developed to address a fundamental requirement within the fine wine market: reliable, controlled and verifiable storage. Located in Great Blakenham and operational since 2023, the facility provides a dedicated environment for long-term wine maturation under tightly regulated conditions.

Maintaining a constant temperature of 12°C and 65% relative humidity, the warehouse ensures optimal ageing conditions across all stored inventory. Advanced monitoring systems, secure access controls and digital tracking infrastructure underpin the integrity of every asset held within the facility.

As part of the Coterie collection of companies, Coterie Vaults provides the physical foundation supporting investment platforms, merchants and lending activities, ensuring that storage, provenance and condition remain consistent across the Group.

Coterie Vaults has been engineered specifically for fine wine storage, with capacity for up to 7.5 million bottles within a 115,000 sq.ft facility. Its design prioritises both scale and precision, ensuring consistent environmental control across large volumes of inventory.

The facility incorporates advanced inventory tracking systems, including blockchain-backed verification, enabling transparent tracking of ownership, condition, and movement throughout the asset lifecycle. On-site inspection and photography capabilities further support condition reporting and asset verification.

Strategically located near the Port of Felixstowe, with efficient access to London and next-day delivery capabilities, the site supports both domestic distribution and international trade flows.
